After the success of her first published book The Basic Art of Italian Cooking, Maria decided to take over her publishing so that she could have more control over her published writings. The main genres of our titles are culinary and travel, but in 2019 we are looking forward to adding other genres and other writing partners. Our books are sold all over the world primarily in English at both online and brick and mortar locations. We hope to add translated versions of some of our books.
